PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct separate Public Hearings on Wednesday, the 8th day of September, 2004, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearings are for the purpose of public input for the following:
1. A Variance request by Les Allert of Perfection Tire to remove a zoning restriction on S2, Tax 20 Less Highway R/W (parcel 29), 11-57N-2W. Located at 476927 Highway 95. Known as the Perfection Tire property.
2. A Special Use Permit request by Les Allert of Perfection Tire to expand the use of servicing, repair and maintenance of equipment and products in a commercial zone, S2, Tax 20, Less Highway R/W (parcel 29). 11-57N-2W. Located at 476927 Highway 95.
3. A request by Mike DuPerault and Robert Wise for Subdivision (Preliminary Plat) in a residential zone, to divide two (2) parcels totaling nine point one (9.1) acres into 17 residential lots (7200 sq.ft. minimum). Located in Starr's Acreage Tax 1, 2, and 3 of Block 7. Commonly known as the vacant land on the east side of Starr Lane north of the Hathaway property.
A full legal description of the above properties is available from the City Clerk upon request. Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 50, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date.
