Max Emile Delconte, 57

Max Emile Delconte, 57, passed away on Monday, Dec. 6, 2004, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Private family services were held.

Max was born on Oct. 29, 1947, in Ogden, Utah, the son of Emile and Margaret (Bullock) Delcomte. Max moved with his family to the Sandpoint area in 1951.

Max was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing and camping with family and friends. Max worked as a bander operator for Merritt Brothers Lumber in Athol, Idaho, for over the past 15 years.

He is survived by his wife, Linda of Sandpoint; a daughter, Sarah of Sandpoint; and a son, Jesse McEvers of Moses Lake, Wash. Also surviving are his sister, Carol; and two brothers, Michael and Dan, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and his best friend, Ron Reese.

Arrangements are under the care of Coffelt Funeral Service of Sandpoint.
