ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID

Sealed proposals will be received until 7:00 p.m. prevailing local time on September 21, 2004 by the Paradise Valley Volunteer Fire Department Association, at the office of Valley Volunteer Fire Department Association, at the office of Paradise Valley Volunteer Fire Department Association Station No. 1 on County Road No. 23, Boundary County, Idaho or mail to P.O. Box 96, Bonners Ferry, Idaho 83805. The bids will be opened and publicly read. This work is for the PROPOSED FIRE STATION on County Road 21, Boundary County, idaho, and is to be accomplished as a single, prime contract licensed as a Public Works contract in the state of Idaho at the time of award of the Contract.

All bids shall be presented or otherwise delivered to the Chairman of the Paradise Valley Volunteer Fire Department Association under seal with a concise statement marked on the outside thereof identifying the project to which the bid pertains.

All bids shall contain one of the following forms of bidder's security in an amount equal to 5% of the amount bid: 1) Cash; b) Cashier's Check made payable to the Paradise Valley Volunteer Fire Department Association; c) Certified Check made payable to the Paradise Valley Volunteer Fire Department Association; or d) Bidder's Bond executed by a Surety, qualified to do business within the State of Idaho, made payable to the Paradise Valley Volunteer Fire Department Association.

Copies of the Contract Documents for the Project may be obtained at the office of W. E. Dahlberg-Architect, 211 Coeur d'Alene Ave., Suite 102, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814 upon payment o a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) refundable deposit for each set.

All documents must be returned in good condition to the office of the Architect within ten (10) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Prime Bidders and major sub-bidders who do not plan to submit bona fide proposals must return documents prior to the date set for opening of bids.

The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other proposal, the right to reject any or all proposals and/or alternate prices, and the right to waive any informalities in any proposal.

All bids must be made on the forms furnished and must be signed by the bidder with his name and legal address. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least 30 days.

TRUSTEE'S SALE

On the 18th day of November, 2004, at the hour of 10:15 A.M., of said day, (recognized local time), in the Office of First American Title Company, 419 Second Ave., Sandpoint, in the County of Bonner, State of Idaho.

First American Title Company of Idaho, Inc., an Idaho Corporation, as successor trustee, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for certified funds, or the equivalent, which is lawful money of the United States of America, all payable at the time of sale in compliance with Section 45-1506(9) Idaho Code, the following described real property, situated in the County of Bonner, State of Idaho, and described as follows, to-wit:

Lot 20 of SHELBY ACRES, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 3 of Plats, Page 146, records of Bonner County, Idaho.

The default for which this sale is to be made is the failure to pay when due, under Deed of Trust Note, the monthly payments for Principal, Interest and Impounds of $702.17, due per month for the months of March through May, 2004 and all subsequent payments until the date of sale or reinstatement, with a monthly late charge accruing at $24.63, uncollected late charges are due in the amount of $113.52, with interest accruing at 6.25% per annum, and continuing to accrue from February 1, 2004. The principal balance owing as of this date on the obligation secured by said Deed of Trust is $78,956.14, plus accruing interest, costs and advances. All delinquent amounts are now due, together with accruing late charges and interest, unpaid and accruing taxes, assessments, trustee's fees, attorney's fees, and any amounts advanced to protect the security associated with this foreclosure and that the beneficiary elects to sell or cause the trust property to be sold to satisfy said obligation.
