Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-130-1, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Daniel K. and Susan M. Larson of 5710 S. Ranch Park Lane. Sookane, WA 99206 made application to place riprap along 55 feel of shoreline for erosion control. Located on the Priest River near Priest River. Idaho adjacent to: Section 24, Township 56 North North Range 5 West; B.M.; in Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 3706 Industrial Avenue South-Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
