Gloria Jean Neff

Date of Birth: December 7, 1947

A Petition by Gloria Jean Neff, born on December 7, 1947 in Peoria, State of Illinois, now residing in Sandpoint, Idaho, proposing a change in name to Jeannie Mitzelfelt Guttenberg has been filed in the above entitled court, the reason for this change in name being that I no longer wish to use my ex-husbands name of Neff. I want to use my maiden name, Mitzelfelt, as my middle name, and I want to use Guttenberg as my last name to honor those who have considered me part of their family for many years. The petitioner's father has died and the names and addresses of the petitioner's near relatives are: James Mitzelfelt, Hanna City, ILL, Mark Mitzelfelt, Denison, TX and Ed Mitzelfelt, Denison, TX. Such petition will be heard at 9:30 o'clock a.m. on August 16, 2004, in courtroom number __ at the Bonner County Courthouse before Judge Heise. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name.
