NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Boards of Trustees of Lake Pend Oreille School District No. 84, Boundary County School District No. 101, West Bonner County School District No. 83, Bonner County and Boundary County, Idaho, as a joint cooperative purchase, for furnishing the following products for the 2004-2005 school term which ends June 30, 2005:

BAKERY PRODUCTS -

District 83, 84, and 101

DAIRY PRODUCTS -

District 83, 84 and 101

Detailed specifications are available from Sharon McInturff, Lake Pend Oreille School District, 901 Triangle Drive, Ponderay, Idaho 83852 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday until day of bid opening. Bids must be submitted on or before 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 13, 2004 to Clerk of the Board of Trustees, Lake Pend Oreille School District Office, 901 Triangle Drive, Ponderay, Idaho 83852 at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Please indicate "Food Service Bid" on bid envelope. Bids received after the stated time and date will not be considered.

The Boards of Trustees of Lake Pend Oreille School District No. 84, Boundary County School District No. 101, and West Bonner County School District No. 83 reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids and proposals and to waive any irregularities, and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the interest of their respective School District.
