Tatiana Seibert, 4, and her cousin, Ford Ward, 5, were reported missing on Thursday afternoon by their mothers, Brenda Moore and Yvonne Seibert.

Police said both children were living with their transient parents in the North Fork River area. Three weeks ago, the family met a man, John Mark Thompson, who told the family he is an ordained minister. Thompson, who goes by "Jack," is also a transient.

On Thursday afternoon, the parents contacted police and said they allowed their children to ride to Coeur d'Alene with Jack while they rode in another vehicle. The final destination was to be somewhere near Sandpoint, where they would camp in the woods.

During the trip, they became separated from Jack's vehicle, and the mothers did not know the last name of Jack or where he was from.

Officers searched the Coeur d'Alene area and did not locate him.

On Friday, the parents told police they have still not made contact with Jack. They were able to provide a description and license plate number of the vehicle.

Officers said the vehicle is reported stolen out of Louisiana. Detectives discovered Thompson is wanted in five states and is believed to be the suspect driving the stolen vehicle.

Thompson, 56, is described as 6-foot tall, 155 pounds with brown, balding hair, brown eyes and clean shaven. He wears a cross necklace and uses glasses to read.

He is driving a gold 1996 Lincoln Town Car with Louisiana plates JFP027. The front license plate of the vehicle has a Disney monogram. The left taillight is broken and covered with red tape. Tatiana is 2-foot-6 and 35 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair. She has a black left eye from a recent injury, and was last seen wearing a purple and white tank top and blue jean shorts.

Ford is 4 feet tall and 50 pounds with brown eyes, blonde hair in a buzz cut, wearing a black shirt with a yellow "9," and shorts.

Anyone with information on the location of these children is asked to call Coeur d'Alene Police through the 911 dispatch center.
