The East Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing on a subdivision request by Kathy Pattee and Marilyn Arndtson of 2407 Sahalee Dr East Sammamish, WA 98074 to create five (5) residential lots ranging from approximately 1 acre to 1.4 acres in size. The subject property is located within Block 6 of Crawford's Addition To The Village Of East Hope and is more particularly described as:
All of that portion of Block 6 of Crawford's Second Addition to the Village of East Hope, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 107, records of Bonner County, Idaho, lying North of a line described as follows:
