Notice is hereby given that the Clark Fork City Council will be holding public hearings on Monday, June 14, 2004 at 6:30 PM at the Clark Fork City Hall, 110 E. 3rd Street, Clark Fork, Idaho to give citizens the opportunity to comment. On the agenda will be the City's Comprehensive Plan as well as the City's Waste Management Franchise. The City's Comprehensive Plan is comprised of elements required by the Local Planning Act as set forth in Idaho Code and includes community design, special areas & sites, natural resources, recreation, population, housing, economic development, land use, hazardous areas, public services,

facilities & utilities, transportation & circulation, impact area, and school facilities and transportation. The City's Waste Management Franchise is comprised of residential and commercial solid waste services within the city limits of Clark Fork and the City's contractual agreement with Waste Management of Idaho, Inc.

Following the public hearings the City of Clark Fork will conduct it's regular monthly council meeting. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in these meetings should contact the City of Clark Fork seven days prior to the meeting.
