Warren W. "Fudd" Walker, 70, passed away on Monday, June 14, 2004, at home in Sherman, Texas.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 18, 2004, in Carrollton, Texas.
Warren was born Dec. 16, 1933, in Burke, S.D., the son of Harry and Dorotha Walker. He grew up in Sandpoint and went all the way through school here.
Warren married Fran Chambers in Carrollton, Texas, on Feb. 2, 1963. He lived and worked there ever since.
He is survived by his wife, Fran Walker of Sherman, Texas; four daughters, Wendy Walker of Denton, Texas, Cyndi Walker of Highland Village, Texas, Dana McCleland of Fort Hood, Texas, and Donna Walker of Dryden, Mich.; a son, Bob Merrill of Sandpoint; four grandsons and a granddaughter; nine sisters, Noama Nelson and Pat Russell, both of Spokane, Nancy Peiffer of Kalispell, Mont., Phyllis Ames of Vancouver, Wash., Betty Gonnason of Burley, Joyce Hartley, Ruth Beyer, Peggy Thurlow and Caroline Jacobson, all of Sandpoint; and numerous nieces and nephews.
