IN THE MATTER OF THE ORGANIZATION OF LITTLE BLACKTAIL RANCH WATER DISTRICT,

A proposed governmental subdivision of the State of Idaho and a body corporate.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there is pending before this Court a Petition for Organization of the Little Blacktail Ranch Water District, and that said Petition is on file with the Court.

PLEASE ALSO TAKE NOTICE that said Petition will be brought on for hearing before the Court on the 30th day of June, 2004, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock A.M. or as soon thereafter as Counsel may be heard, in District Court, 215 S. First, Sandpoint, Idaho.

PLEASE ALSO TAKE NOTICE that any owner of real property within the boundaries of the proposed Little Blacktail Ranch Water District objecting to the the inclusion of this land within said boundaries must file a petition with the Court pursuant to Idaho Code S42—3207.
