Dianne C. Yount, 61

Dianne C. Yount, 61, of Coeur d'Alene passed away Sunday, June 20, 2004, at Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d'Alene.

Memorial services will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d'Alene with graveside services at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 24, 2004, at Pinecrest Cemetery in Sandpoint.

Dianne was born Oct. 25, 1942, in Big Fork, Minn., the daughter of Peter and Frieda (Kreger) Jonassen.

She was raised in Sandpoint and moved to Coeur d'Alene in 1969 from Sandpoint.

Dianne was owner and manager of Dianne's Pantry and Cafe on Harrison Avenue in Coeur d'Alene for 17 years.

She enjoyed huckleberry picking, fishing, puzzles, reading books, gardening and road trips.

She is survived by her son, James of Coeur d'Alene; three daughters, Vicki Yount of Coeur d'Alene, Patti Brown of Coeur d'Alene and Debbi Yount of Coeur d'Alene; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and two sisters, Patricia Selle of Sandpoint and Marie Vanderberg of Sandpoint. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren.
