Notice is hereby given to RONALD ARMINE and all other persons who are interested in or who claim an interest in the above estate that on June 9, 2004, PATRICIA FARLEY, acting as guardian and conservator for SARAH ARMINE, filed a PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF DEVOLUTION ON DEATH AGREEMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE.

A copy of the petition is on file with the Clerk of the Court and may be reviewed upon request.

The petition has been set for hearing in a courtroom at the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 South First Ave., Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, on July 19, 2004 at 9:30 o'clock.
