Plaintiffs, in the District Court in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV-2004-0000576

The nature of the claim against you is to quiet title in plaintiffs' to real estate in Bonner County, Idaho, described as:

Lot 7 of POIRIER'S FIRST ADDITION TO BLANCHARD,

IDAHO, according to the Plat thereof recorded in records of

Bonner County, Idaho.

PARCEL 2:

Lot 15, Block 4, SCHNEIDER SUBDIVISION;

Situate in Bonner County, Idaho.

Being a portion of Parcel No. RP 00398004015.

against the claim of the defendants and any one of them.
