NOTICE OF Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held to adopt a Resolution for Sheriff Civil Fess and Court Assistance Fees, immediately following the Commissioners' Business Meeting which begins at 2:00 PM, on March 23, 2004. The hearing will be held at the Courthouse located at 215 South First, Sandpoint, Idaho. This notice is provided pursuant Idaho Code S 63-1311 S (A). A complete list of proposed fees is available at the Commissioners' Office. File with the clerk objections or support of the proposed fee implementation.
