HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint City Council will hold a public hearing at their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 17, 2004, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:

VAC04-01 Dale Reed B The City of Sandpoint will consider the vacation of a 10-foot wide portion of the Main Street right-of-way between Third and Fourth Avenues. This right-of-way lies adjacent to Lot 11 and Tax 5, Block 2 of Sandpoint Original, located in Section 22, Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M.
