Ivy Florence Griffiths, 93

Ivy Florence Griffiths, 93, passed away in Sandpoint on Tuesday, March 9, 2004.

Private family services will be held later in Canada.

She was born on June 19, 1910, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and graduated from high school in Canada. In 1934, she married Reginald Griffiths in Canada.

She moved with her family to Santa Barbara, Calif., in 1952. in 1981, she moved to Sandpoint.

Ivy was a 60-year member of The Order of Eastern Star, belonging to Martha Chapter No. 34. She loved to play the piano and enjoyed sewing and doing needlepoint.

She is survived by two daughters, Joan Richardson of Sagle and Diane Griffiths of Sagle; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; a brother, Bill Tucker of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; and a sister, Eileen Rogers of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
