Rules: deer, elk, antelope, bear, mountain lion; motorized vehicle use for hunting; nonresident license refunds; license refunds for military personnel; commercial trout fishing rules for Lake Pend Oreille; changes to classification and protection of wildlife. FY06 budget direction.
