KUEHL, a married woman, as her sole and separate property, as Grantor, to SANDPOINT TITLE INSURANCE. Failure to make principal and interest payments on the original loan amount of $48,000.00, with interest thereon at a variable rate, presently the rate of 9.0% per annum, with monthly payments of $486.85 for principal and interest due and owing for the month of July 2003, and each and every month thereafter, through the date of reinstatement or sale. along with all costs, fees and late charges associated therewith, and the balance owing as of December 22, 2003, on the obligation secured by said Deed of Trust is $45.577.35, consisting of $43,027.20 principal, $1,990.01 accrued interest. and $560.14 escrow impound shortage, with interest accruing on the unpaid principal at an annual rate of 9.0%..
