PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE: is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zonning Commission shall conduct separate Public Hearings on Wednesday, the 14th day of April, 2004, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearings are for the purpose of public input for the following:
1. A request by F.N. McGhee (Mechanics Plus) for a special use permit for servicing repair and maintenance of equipment and products in a commercial zone, lot 15, Block 1 of Ponderay Business Park. The property is located at 200 Vermeer Drive.
2. A request by Galloway Romero for the Home Depot for a zone change from rural to commercial for the East half of Block 6 of Starr's Acreage, less the North 525 feet. Commonly known as the Vernon Webb property. Located at 401 Starr Lane.
3. A request by Galloway Romero for the Home Depot for a zone change from rural to commercial for the East half of Block 6 of Starr's Acreage, except the North 132 feet. Commonly known as the Frank Boss property. Located just North of the Vernon Webb property and South of In and Out Painting.
4. A request by Galloway Romero for the Home Depot for a lot line adjustment for the West half of Block 6 of Starr's Acreage. Located South of Piehl Road. Commonly known as the Mike Rogers Ponderay Mini Storage property.
5. A request by Galloway Romero for the Home Depot for a lot line adjustment for the North 525 feet of the East half of Block 6 Starr's Acreage, except the North 132 feet. Located on the West side of Starr Lane just North of the Vernon Webb property and South of In and Out Painting. commonly known as the Frank Boss property.
6. A request by Mike DuPerault and Robert Tolliver for a subdivision (preliminary plat) in a residential zone, to divide two (2) one (1) acre parcels into four (4) one-half (1/2) acre parcels. Located in Starr's Acreage Block 2, Tax 5 & 7, just East of the Hathaway property.
A full legal description of the above properties is available from the City Clerk upon request. Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date.
