NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings at the following times on Thursday, April 1, 2004, in Courtroom No. 4 of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idho, to consider the following requests:
6:00 P.M. - FILE C779-04 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING - EARL AND JUDY LUNCEFORD are requesting conditional use permit approval for a 10-unit multi-family residential building. The project is located at Schweitzer on Lots 7 and 8, Block 2, Slalom Road Plat subdivision, located in Section 20, Township 58 North, Range 2 West. The combination of the two lots will encompass "43,616 square feet and is zoned Recreation.
6:30 P.M. - FILE C776-03 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING - RUSSELL CARLSON is requesting conditional use permit approval to construct an 8-unit residential structure.
