PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Thursday, May 20, 2004, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1048-04 - STONECREST ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - MARK AND LEIGH ANNE CHORZEMPA are seeking approval to subdivide a +/-23 acre parcel into a 5 acre lot and a +/-18 acre lot. The property is zoned rural and is located in Section 5, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, BM. The property is generally located off Helen Thompson Road, +/- 8 miles west of the City of Sandpoint.

1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1021-03 - LOCK PLAT - PRELIMINARY PLAT - PAT AND SHERIAN LOCK are proposing to subdivide a +/-25 acre parcel into one five acre lot, and one 20 acre designated remainder. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Noogie Road in Section 10, Township 59 North, Range 1 West, B.M., +/-14 miles north of Sandpoint in the Elmira area.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
