NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE On 08/25/2004, at 11:00 AM of said day, at the front entrance of First American Title Co., 419 N. 2nd., Sandpoint, ID, 83864, First American Title Insurance Company, as Successor Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of Bonner, State of Idaho, and described as follows to wit: More particularly described as follows: The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter in Section 26, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho.
