A Petition by Arthur Todd Noren, born on March 5, 1987 in Phoenix, State of Arizona now residing at 205 Halley #23, Sandpoint, ID, proposing a change in name to Arthur Todd Harris has been filed in the above entitled court, the reason for this change being, only surviving male in Harris family would like to continue name.
