NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Thursday, May 27, 2004, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1049-04 - CABINET VIEW ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - BRIAN T. TIGHE is seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide a +/-15 acre parcel into three +/-5 acre lots. The site is zoned Rural and is located southeast of Clark Fork in Section 28, Township 55 North, Range 3 East, B.M.

1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1062-04 - DOTY'S ACRES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - RON AND JACKEY DOTY are seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide a +/-10.74 acre parcel into 2 lots of +/-5 and +/-5.7 acres. The subject property is zoned Rural and is located +/-4 miles southeast of Sandpoint in the general Sagle area. The site is accessed by Forever View Road in Section 11, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, B.M.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
