NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Thursday, June 10, 2004, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1060-04 - WOODFAIRIE MOUNTAIN ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - ALLEN GIBSON (SWINKELS) is proposing to subdivide a +/-20 acre parcel into two +/-10-acre lots. The subject property is southeast of Jewel Lake and is zoned Rural. The site is accessed by Woodfairie Mountain Road in Section 9, Township 55 North, Range 3 West, B.M.

1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1064-04 - FOREST KNOLLS FIRST ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - JOHN & LYNDA GILLHAM & JEFF BOND are proposing to subdivide a +/-20.35-acre parcel into four residential lots of +/-5 acres each. The parcel is zoned Rural and is located west of Sandpoint on Forest Knolls Drive, which intersects Hunt Lane and Pine Street in Section 18, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M.

2:00 P.M. - FILE SS988-03 - MISTY MEADOWS SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - DAVID & JUNE WALKER are proposing to subdivide a portion of +/-160-acre parcel into two lots of +/-5.2 acres and +/-8 acres with a 146.8 designated remainder. The subject property is zoned Rural and is located on Spring Creek Road in Section 22, Township 56 North, Range 2 East, B.M.
