DAWN RUTHANN MILLER

A Petition by Dawn Ruthann Miller, born January 25, 1954 in Phoenix, State of Arizona, now residing at P.O. Box 1052, Ponderay proposing a change in name to Tika Dawn Hudson has been filed in the above entitled court, the reason for this change in name being Tika, longterm nickname, keeping Dawn as middle name. Hudson is random & means heart and mind.

The Petitioner's father has died and the names and addresses of the petitioner's near relatives are: Omarr K. Helbing, Portland OR. Steve Nicola, Nevada City, CA.

Such petition will be heard at 9:30 o'clock a.m. on June 21, 2004, in courtroom number __ at the Bonner County Courthouse. Before Judge Buchanon. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name.
