A Petition by WENDY LEE GUTIERREZ, born March 4, 1976 in County of TUOLMNE, City of SONORA, State of CALIFORNIA and RILEY RENNO MIDDLETON, born February 4, 1999 in SKAGITT County, city of ANACORTES, State of WASHINGTON now residing in PRIEST RIVER, County of BONNER, State of IDAHO proposing a change in name to WENDY LEE CHAPIN and RILEY RENNO CHAPIN has been filed in the above entitled court, the reason for this change in name being that WENDY LEE GUTIERREZ has not known her biological father since she was eight (8) and she has been raised by her step father FRANK CHAPIN. RILEY RENNO MIDDLETON, desires a name change for the reason being that his biological father's parental rights have been terminated and he has been raised by his mother, step grandfather, FRANK CHAPIN and his grandmother, SYDNEY GUTIERREZ CHAPIN.

Such petition will be heard on the 14th day of July, 2004 at 9:00 o'clock a.m., and objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change in name
