Larry Dewayne Renfro, 35

Larry Dewayne Renfro, 35, died from injuries received in an industrial accident near Kellogg on Monday, May 24, 2004.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 29, 2004, in Coffelt's Moon Chapel. Clifford Eberle will officiate with inurnment in Pinecrest Memorial Park.

Larry was born in Springfield, Ore., on Feb. 8, 1969, the son of Abe and Sherion Renfro. The family moved to Sandpoint in the summer of 1970.

He attended Bonner County schools, graduating from high school in 1987 in Lodi, Calif.

Larry married Eurie Dazey on Aug. 27, 1989, in Sandpoint.

He worked as a cook in local restaurants and as a fork lift operator at Ceda Pine. For many years he worked in maintenance at Westwood Homeowners Association. His last job was as an equipment operator in heavy construction. He always worked hard and tried to improve himself.

Larry enjoyed spending quality time with his family, hunting, fishing and life in general.

He is survived by his wife, Eurie "Sissy" Renfro of Elmira; two children, Dewayne Renfro of Elmira and Deanna Renfro of Elmira; his parents, Abe Renfro of Elmira and Sherion Renfro of Bellingham, Wash.; a brother, Orvin "Mike" Renfro of Bellingham; two sisters, Marlene Goff of Reno, Nev., and Roxanne and Paul Ostrom of Federal Way, Wash.; and numerous nieces and nephews, including Gary Ostrom of Seattle, Wash., Keith Ostrom of Federal Way and Amanda Goff of Redding, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Memorials may be made to the Renfro Family Trust established at Panhandle State Bank.

Funeral arrangements are under the care of Coffelt Funeral Service of Sandpoint.
