Simply say no to so-called progress

Beware of the "conceptual pro-active progressive concepts," by the intellectual exploiters … they can rationalize justifications to promote anything.
It appears that self-serving "convenience" may destroy the uniqueness of Sandpoint. The old saying, "progress and change cannot be stopped," isn't necessarily so. How about just saying, "no."
Man-made steel and cement structures can never replace "natural beauty." I feel a sadness for future youth who may never experience the waterfront without a bypass highway filled with vehicles.
So, be careful, the clever exploiters can pro-actively spin a progressive illusion of grandeur which may appear acceptable.
