PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The East Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing on a subdivision request by Kathy Pattee and Marilyn Arndtson of 2407 Sahalee Dr East Sammamish, WA 98074 to create five (5) residential lots ranging from approximately 1 acre to 1.4 acres in size. The subject property is located within Block 6 of Crawford's Addition To The Village Of East Hope and is more particularly described as:

All of that portion of Block 6 of Crawford's Second Addition to the Village of East Hope, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 107, records of Bonner County, Idaho, lying North of a line described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the East line of said Block 6, which point is 859.4 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Block and which point is identical with a corner described as the quarter corner between Sections 35 and 36 in Township 57 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian; thence from said point running North 50°50' West across said Block a distance of 673.2 feet to the West line thereof; thence North 12°15' East approximately 437.5 feet to the Northwest corner of said Block; thence due East on the North boundary line of said Block to the Northeast corner thereof; thence due South on the East boundary line of said Block a distance of approximately 859.4 feet to the place of beginning.

Excepting a tract in Block 6 of Crawford's Second Addition to East Hope, Idaho, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 1 of Plats, Page 107, records of Bonner County, Idaho, in Section 35, Township 57 North, Range 1 East of the Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, described as follows:

Beginning at a point North 1748.20 feet and West 491.28 feet from the Southeast corner of said Section 35; thence North 12°08' East, 262.24 feet; thence South 57°17' East, 261.48 feet to the true point of beginning of this tract and this description; thence South 57°17' East, 25.00 feet; thence South 34°59; West, 140.99 feet; thence North 55°01' West, 24.98 ; thence North 34°59' East, 140.00 feet to the true point of beginning.

And also excepting a tract in Block 6 of Crawford's Second Addition to East Hope, Idaho, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 107, records of Bonner County, Idaho, in Section 35, Township 57 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a pointNorth 1748.20 feet and West 491.28 feet from the Southeast corner of said Section 35; thence North 12°08' East 262.24 feet; thence South 57°17' East 261.48 feet; thence South 34°59' West 206.77 feet; thence North 86°44' West 70.43 feet; thence North 59°43' West 99.72 feet to the point of beginning.

The public hearing will be conducted on Tuesday June 15, 2004 at 6:30 pm at the East Hope City Hall located at 505 Wellington Place, East Hope, ID 83836 Idaho.
