NICAN and front page coverage
I enjoyed the guest opinion in the Nov. 11, 2004, Bee by Leigh Rasor. Her position is the position of the big majority in and around town, but of course on the front page of the same issue was a "news article" about the darlin' of the Bee, NICAN('t).
Spewing of course the same recycled, manufactured information paid for by them and released as "news" to the Bee and media.
Why does NICAN get front page coverage of their minority rehashing, invented, paid for and restated erroneous information, but the two-thirds majority supporting the Sand Creek Byway have to rely on letters to the editor when they present or re-present their information recanting NICAN('t)?
Their latest, the flow of Sand Creek. Liz, the only movement is up and down when the Army Corps of Engineers messes with the level in the spring and fall.
The water in there is so calm the rest of the time you can see yourself in it like a reflection from a mirror.
