Commissioner did not understand appeal

In a recent Daily Bee, I read with great interest the rather long diatribe by Commissioner Jerry Clemons. It proved what I thought all along, that he did not understand my appeal at the Board of Equalization meeting. One of the first questions Commissioner Phillips asked was whether I was appealing the assessed value of my house. My answer was no, I was appealing the land assessment in excess of $150,000/acre.
P.S. I have a complete recording of the meeting.
