Parcel IV: The North half of Lot Four (4) , Block 1, Perkins' Beach Lots, Third Addition, recorded in Book 3 of Plats, page 28, records of Bonner County, Idaho, and the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter EXCEPTING THEREFORM the South 80 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 27, Township 60 North, Range 4 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner county, Idaho.

NELSON, SR., DECEASED, excepting Doris Nelson, her heirs and devisees, and any other persons or entities claiming an interest in the real property described in the heading of this Summons, above, as follows:

You have been sued by KENNETH H. CASLER and RUTH H. CASLER, husband and wife, the Plaintiffs in the District Court in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV-2005-00526.

The nature of the claim against you is to quiet title to real property in Bonner County, Idaho.

Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this Summons, the Court may enter a judgement against you without further notice, unless, prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 215 S. 1st Ave., Sandpoint, ID 83864, telephone number (208) 265-1434, and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiff's attorney at 101 N. 4th Ave., Sandpoint, Id 83864, telephone number (208) 265-2276.
