You have been sued by PATRICK GRAVES, the Plaintiff, in the District Court in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV-2005-00524.

The nature of the claim against you is Quiet Title in the Plaintiff for ownership of Real Estate located in Bonner County, Idaho, which Real Estate is referred to as Parcels 3, 4, 5 and 6, the legal description of which are fully set forth and attached hereto as Exhibit A.

PARCEL 3:

A tract in Section 30, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, described as follows:

Commencing 1250 feet Northeasterly parallel with the right of way of the Great Northern Railway Company from the West line of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 30;

thence along said right of way, Northeasterly 12.02 feet;

thence Northwesterly 215 feet:

thence Southwesterly 12.02 feet;

thence Southeasterly to the Place of Beginning.

PARCEL 4:

A tract of Section 30, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, described as follows;

Commencing 1262.02 feet Northeasterly parallel with the right of way of the Great Northern Railway Company from the West line of th e Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 30:

thence along said right of way, Northeasterly .18 feet;

thence Northwesterly 215 feet;

thence Southwesterly .18 feet;

thence Southeasterly to the Place of Beginning.

PARCEL 5:

A tract in Section 30, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, described as follows;

Commencing 1322 feet Northeasterly parallel with the right of way of the Great Northern Railway Company from the West line of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 30;

thence along said right of way, Northeasterly 100 feet;

thence Northwesterly 215 feet;

thence Southwesterly 100 feet;

thence Southeasterly to the Place of Beginning.

PARCEL 6:

That part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 30, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, of the Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, lying North of the Great Northern Railway Company Right of way.

EXCEPT a portion of Section 30, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, of the Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, known as Tax Number 138 of said Section, described as follows:

Beginning at a point which is the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 30;

thence North 0 degrees 15' East along the West line of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter a distance of 1319.7 feet to a point on the East and West centerline of said Section:

thence South 88 degrees 55' East a distance of 30.4 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe, being the True Point of Beginning;

thence South 88 degrees 55' East along an old established fence line and along the East and West center line of said Section, a distance of 877.9 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe;

thence South 5 degrees 39' East along an old established fence line a distance of 343.3 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe located at the fence corner:

thence South 65 degrees 10' West along an old established fence line a distance of 1007.7 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe:

thence North 0 degrees 13' East along an old established fence on the East side of the County Road, a distance of 788.4 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

ALSO EXCEPT that part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 30, Township 56 North, Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian described as follows:

Commencing at the center of said Section 30;

thence South 10 1/2 rods:

thence Southwesterly 18 rods;

thence Northwesterly 18 rods;

thence East 20 rods to the place of beginning.

AND EXCEPT a tract described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the West line of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 30, with the North right of way line of the Great Northern Railway Company;

thence Northeasterly along said North right of way line 1572 feet:

thence North Westerly 215 feet:

thence Southwesterly parallel to the said North right of way line of the Great Northern Railway Company and 215 feet therefrom to the West line of said Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter:

thence South along said West line to the point of beginning.

AND EXCEPT the Riley Creek Road right of way.

Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgement against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, telephone number (208) 265-1432, and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiff's attorney at Gary A.
