NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that Ponderay City Council shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, the 2nd day of May, 2005, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 6:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:

1. To receive input and discuss changes to the fees for Business License renewals. Said proposed fees shall be Ten Dollars ($10.00) if paid in full on or before January 31, Fifty Dollars ($50.00) if paid in full after January 31 and before March 31, and Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) if paid in full after March 31. Said fees would become effective upon the renewal of any business license expiring December 31, 2005.

Written comments over one (1) page in length, must be received by the Ponderay City Council, 288 4th St., P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one (1) week prior to the hearing date. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting should contact the City Clerk's office five (5) days prior to the meeting at (208) 265-5468 or by mail.
