NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, the 11th day of May, 2005, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:
1. A setback Variance request by Svein Nostdahl reducing the setback on the north side from ten (10) feet required to eight (8) feet and on the south side from the twenty-five (25) feet required to eighteen (18) feet. Jump Plat No. 1, Lot 2, Less Highway. Located at 476930 Highway 95. Known as the vacant lot south of Taco Bell.
A full legal description of the above property is available from the City Clerk upon request. Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho, 83852, one week prior to the hearing date. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting should contact the City Clerk's office five (5) days prior to the meeting at 265-5468 or by mail.
