Dan Robert Delcomte, 52

Dan Robert Delcomte, 52, passed away in Hayden, Idaho, on Thursday, April 14, 2005.

Private family services will be held.

Dan was born Nov. 21, 1952, in Sandpoint, Idaho, the son of E.H. and Margaret Delcomte.

He grew up in the Cocolalla area, graduating from the eighth grade at Southside Elementary School.

In 1970, he graduated from Sandpoint High School and joined the U.S. Navy. He served with the submarine service until December 1982.

He has worked at various jobs in the Sandpoint area. He also worked in home construction as a concrete finisher. He enjoyed hiking and fishing all over North Idaho.

He is survived by a sister, Carol Chaney; a brother, Michael Delcomte; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Arrangements are under the care of Coffelt Funeral Service of Sandpoint.
