NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday May 3, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:

1. CUP05-02 - Carden Home Education Cooperative - A request by Cynthia Nielsen for Conditional Use Permit approval to obtain conforming status of an existing school in the Residence "B" zone located at 320 S. Lavina for Fourth to Sixth Grade students. The proposal includes a request to allow expansion of the existing operation to a building located at 316 S. Lavina to add First and Second Grade students. The property is located south of Superior Street on Lavina and described as Lots 5 and 6, Block 6, Southmayd McKinney Wilson addition.

The City of Sandpoint is seeking bids to design and build a 5,200 square foot cement skateboard park. Successful bidder must have experience in design and construction of skate parks and a valid Idaho Public Works contractor's license.
