IT IS ORDERED that the hearing upon ELDON E. BALL'S Petition To Determine heirs, made by and through JOHN D. BEEBE, JR., by a Power of Attorney, recorded May 24, 1995 as Instrument No. 465633, records of Bonner County, Idaho, filed April 7, 2005, shall be heard on June 1, 2005, at 9:00 a.m., in this Court, and that notice of hearing shall be given to all interested persons in the manner required by the Idaho Uniform Probate Code.

At the time of hearing all interested persons must appear and show cause, if any they have, why the petition should not be awarded and granted.
