Plaintiff,

vs.

1. RICHARD S. THOMPSON, a single person, and

2. SUZANNE THOMPSON, a/k/a SUZANNE GORGAS, a single person,

Defendants.

TO: Richard S. Thompson and Suzanne Thompson, a/k/a Suzanne Gorgas.

You have been sued by American General Financial Services (DE), Inc., the Plaintiff, in the District Court in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV-2005-664. The nature of the claim against you is to foreclose the security interest held by the plaintiff in a 2002 Dodge Dakota pickup located in Bonner County, Idaho, described as:

2002 Dodge Dakota pickup, Serial No. 1B7GG32X92S541772 against the claim of the defendants and any one of them.

Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this Summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, (208) 265-1432, and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiff's attorney, C. Jon Nees, of Nordstron & Nees, P.S., at 323 S. Pines, Spokane Valley, WA 99206, (509) 924-9800.

A copy of the Summons and Complaint can be obtained by contacting either the Clerk of the Court or the attorney for Plaintiff.
