RICHARD L. MILLER (Deceased) and/or the unknown heirs, assigns and devisees of Richard L. Miller; RICHARD L. MILLER, JR., JOEL MILLER and DOES 1-10 as persons with interest in the property legally described as A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 61 NORTH, RANGE 4 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, described as follows:
Beginning at a stone in place marking the North quarter corner of Section 19; thence N. 89o 54' W GLO Bearing Equation) 621.79 feet to an iron pin marking the Northeast corner of the Mill property; thence S 2o 53' E 660.56 feet to an iron pin on the North line of the O.P. Martin property; thence S 89o 45' 30" W 400.58 feet to an iron pipe representing the Northwest corner of that same adjoiner; thence S 0o 00' 27.08 feet to an iron pipe set on the edge of the right of way for Reeder Creek Road #237 as describe in Deed Book No. 75, page 224, Bonner county Courthouse; thence N 49o 54' W 427.34 feet along this right of way to an iron pipe set by Robert Nobis, PLS #687 in August, 1971; thence N 0o 00' E 414.56 feet to an iron pin marking the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter, Section 19, as set by Robert Bristol, PLS #832; thence S 89o 54' E along the North line of Section 19 694.20 feet to an iron pin marking the point of beginning of the Mill property.
And commonly known as 1611 Reeder Bay Road, Nordman, Idaho, 83848,
Defendants.
Under and by virtue of an Order for Sale of Foreclosure entered on February 28, 2005, and Writ of Execution, issued on March 3, 2005, out of and under the seal of the above-entitled Court on a Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure recovered in said Court in the above-entitled action on the 28th day of February, 2005, in favor of the above-named Plaintiff, I am commanded and required to proceed to notice for sale to sell at public auction the real property described in said Order for Sale of Foreclosure and Writ of Execution and to apply the proceeds of such sale to the satisfaction of said Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure with interest thereon and my fees and costs.
The property directed to be sold is situate in Bonner County, State of Idaho, and is described as follows, to-wit:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 4th day of May, 2005, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m., at the location of Courthouse 215 S. First, Sandpoint, Idaho, I will attend, offer and sell at public auction all or so much of the above-described property thus directed to be sold as may be necessary to raise sufficient funds to pay and satisfy the Decree of Foreclosure as set out in said Order for Sale of Foreclosure to the highest bidder therefore in lawful money. The time period for redemption of the above property is six (6) months from the date of sale herein.
The Sheriff, by Certificate of Sale, will transfer right, title and interest of the judgement debtor in and to the property. The Sheriff will also give possession but does not guarantee clear title nor continue possessory right to the purchaser.
