Located on Lake Pend Oreille near Granite Point, Idaho adjacent to: Section 23, Township 55 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian: Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 3706 Industrial Avenue South-Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
