NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the following time on Wednesday, August 17, 2005, at the Panhandle Health District Meeting Room, 322 Marion Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following request:

2:30 P.M. - FILE #AM85-05 - COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT - GOALS, OBJECTIVES & IMPLEMENTATION - BONNER COUNTY is initiating an amendment to the Bonner County Comprehensive Plan to amend the current goals, objectives and implementation component with revised text pursuant to Idaho Code S67-6508. Copies of the draft text may be viewed or obtained at the Bonner County Planning Department prior to the hearing. The Bonner County Planning & Zoning Commission at its July 14, 2005, public hearing recommended approval of the goals and objectives, as amended.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearing to verify if this item will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.
