Administration again proves its deviousness

Yet again the Bush administration has proven its deviousness. It appears that Bush's friend, Karl Rove, was involved in outing CIA agent Valerie Plame.

Earlier President Bush had stated that anyone involved in compromising the identity of this former undercover agent would be expelled from the White House, but now Bush is back pedaling and standing by Rove.

It seems that Karl Rove will do anything to stop negative criticism of President Bush, even if it means jeopardizing ongoing covert operations. And President Bush, who never admits to making mistakes, will protect his friend to the bitter end. It must be nice to have friends in high places that can get away with such a charade.
