LEGAL NOTICE

The season ending date for the 2005 Upper Salmon River Chinook salmon fishery will be reached at the end of fishing hours on August 7, 2005. Pursuant to his authority under Idaho Code Section 36-106(e)(6)(A), the Idaho Department of Fish and Game Director hereby closes the summer Chinook salmon season at the close of fishing hours (7:00 p.m.) on August 7 in the Upper Salmon River from Iron Creek Road Bridge upstream to a posted boundary at the mouth of the Pahsimeroi River.

Copies of Order 05-22 are available at the Idaho Department of Fish and Game headquarters office, 600 South Walnut Avenue, Boise, Idaho 83712.
