ITD official shouldn't shoot messenger over bad plan

The ITD's rumored threat to sue NICAN is a classic example of 'shooting the messenger.' It's bad enough that the ill-conceived Sand Creek Bypass project puts the interest of the State above the concerns of the community. The project should, at least, comply with all State and Federal laws designed to protect our environment. Thank you NICAN for delivering this message in the only way our state bureaucrats seem to understand!
