NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, September 14, 2005, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:
1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1192-05 - SPADE SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - SPENCER & CARLEEN CLARK are proposing to subdivide a +/-20 acre parcel into two +/-10 acre lots. The subject property is zoned Agricultural and is accessed by North Center Valley Road in Section 8, Township 58 North, Range 1 West, B.M. The site is located +/-6 miles north of Ponderay.
1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1155-05 - McPHERSON'S LANDING - PRELIMINARY PLAT - LUCILLE McPHERSON is requesting to subdivide a +/-25.5-acre tract into a +/-5 acre residential lot and a designated remainder of +/-20.5 acres. The site is located off of Bottle Bay Road +/-5 miles southeast of the city of Sandpoint in Section 36, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The site is zoned Rural and Suburban 1/3.
2:00 P.M. - FILE SS1195-05 KEY MEADOWS - PRELIMINARY PLAT - TED & WILLA KEY are requesting to subdivide a +/-39 acre parcel of land into three lots of +/-5 acres to +/-7.5 acres and a designated remainder of +/-21.78 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located off U.S. Highway 95 on Key Ranch Road, +/-10 miles south of the city of Sandpoint, in Section 20, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, B.M.
Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
