A Petition by Christine Anne Nye, born August 10, 1969 in Creston, British Columbia, now residing at 1263 Whiskey Jack Rd., Sandpoint, proposing a change in name to Christine Anne Newhart has been filed in the above entitled court, the reason for this change in name being: Husband changed name for adult adoption by his stepfather.

The petitioner's father is living.

Such petition will be heard at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on September 16, 2005, at the Bonner County Courthouse with the Honorable Judge Heise. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the court a good reason against such a change of name.
