NOTICE OF COMPLAINT FOR FORFEITURE AGAINST REAL PROPERTY

REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 719 LOOKOUT BLVD., HOPE, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, including any and all fixtures, improvements and appurtenances thereof (Owner of Record: Munson Trust),

Defendant.

TO: FREDERICK MUNSON AND THE MUNSON TRUST, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES OF INTEREST:

A civil complaint seeking forfeiture pursuant to 21 U.S.C. S 881(a)(6) and (7) and 18 U.S.C. Sec. 981(a)(1)(A) was filed on August 25, 2005 in the United States District Court for the District of Idaho by Anthony G. Hall, Assistant U.S. Attorney, on behalf of the United States of America, plaintiff, against the defendant real property. The complaint alleges that said property may, for the causes stated in the complaint, be condemned as forfeited to the United States.

In order to avoid forfeiture of the property, any person claiming an interest in, or right against, the property must file a verified Statement of Interest or Right identifying the interest in, or right against, the property in the manner set forth in Rule C(6)(a) of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, except that in no event may such Statement of Interest or Right be filed later than 30 days after the date of service of the complaint or, as applicable, the date of final publication of notice of the filing of the complaint. In addition, any person having filed such a Statement of Interest or Right must also file an answer to the complaint not later that 20 days after the filing of the Statement.

Claims should be filed with the Office of the Clerk, United States District Court for the District of Idaho, 550 W. Fort St., Boise, ID 83724, with a copy thereof sent to Assistant United States Attorney Anthony G, Hall, WA Group Plaza IV, 800 Park Blvd., Suite 600, Boise, ID 83712.

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. S 985, this Notice shall be posted on the defendant property and served on the property owner, along with a copy of the Complaint for FORFEITURE.
